I will not inculde my list of sources-don't ask-it suffices me to say that I used dang near every source I could get my hands on! The advantge of this list is that EVERY NUMBER IS GOOD.  I  personally tested almost every number (except for gear box and a couple others.  Why use gear box, when the newest FreePPP is miles ahead of it?).
